It certainly does look useful! It must be the best thing in the world to be able to draw everything, although one would need a very big drawing pad...

It should have had an extra word in the title.
It should be "How to draw anything poorly".
Come to think of it, ANYTHING is not the same as EVERYTHING, but if you learned to draw ENOUGH things, (given enough time and a large enough pad) you would be able to draw EVERYTHING.
