The Beast from the East, Nikolai Valuev, defeated John Ruiz in the Max Schmeling Halle in Berlin and took the World Boxing Association version of the world heavyweight title, he is not only the first Russian to lay claim to it, but also the biggest man.
The man he is fighting in the picture is 6 feet 2 inches tall, just to give you some idea of his size!
