These two brothers were executed in France in 1906. The photographer said that the eyes remained alive for 17 minutes.
Today the Americans execute more people than anybody in the world and they have exceeded the Chinese record.

Just know that not all of us here in America support the death penalty. Wow, it's exhausting nowadays having to remind people that not all Americans are Bible thumping barbarians. Too many of us are though, sadly. But don't count the rest of us out yet!

Human sacrifice is a grisly habit we have not yet grown out of.
