What could be more strange, uncanny and utterly ridiculous?
Hoover looks a little testy here...Perhaps irked that the Lone Ranger hadn't brought along his handsome sidekick, Tonto.
Hoover was once seen stepping daintily from a Limo dressed in a full length black satin Ballroom gown, heels, lipstick, the works...His date for the evening, looking sensible but sexy in pearls and twinset, was Roy Cohn.
