That Mark Linley is a talented fellow.
I think perhaps they made a mistake when they printed the cover.
I think it's supposed to say "How To Draw Anything Badly".

(did I make this same joke when you posted the cover before?)

Me comentaron de buena fuente que este fue el libro que usó Egon Schiele para aprender a dibujar. Tambien se comenta que lo usó Lajos Szalay pero hasta el momento no hemos podido confirmar esa información.
