I don't know who I find more irritating, the manipulative amateur arsonist American pastor, who made great self-promotion of his book appearing in every TV set in the world threatening to burn the Holy Koran or the Nobel Prize winning president, whose only reasoning appears to be that that act would have recruited fighters for Al-Qaida...Was that the only reason?
